Overview of Giving To CRBS
Clay Road Baptist School relies on private support to help maintain educational excellence, and is grateful for the generous gifts of time, talent, energy, and funds that our families make each year. Gifts are offered in many ways, from volunteering to making financial contributions. We hope you will be inspired to give, in whatever way you can. We have now made it easier to donate to our Annual Fund with Online Giving!
There are many ways to support the ministry of Clay Road Baptist School. The CRBS Annual Fund Campaign is underway! This fund raising effort encourages families, friends and CRBC church members to give or pledge funds in support of the school. The annual fund will replace the traditional “Celebration” event. In addition, we will host two other fundraising events. The Clay Road Classic Golf Tournament and the Clay Road Blessing Round Up. If you are interested in being on the planning committee for the Blessing Round Up, please contact Debbie Joutraw in Development at 713.939.1023, ext. 14.

Employer Matching Gifts
Double or even triple your contribution to Clay Road Baptist School!
Many companies match employee’s personal contributions to independent schools and often gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Contact your personnel office to determine if your employer offers this wonderful opportunity to increase your giving to Clay Road Baptist School. There are various methods utilized by employers that offer matching gift programs – online forms, paper forms or automated phone systems. Let us know about your match request and we’ll do our part. Clay Road Classic Golf Tournament
Boxtops 4 Education
Box Tops 4 Education is a program supported by many of your favorite products. You will see a coupon to cut out similar to the one below. Cut them out and save them for our next collection date! Watch for details on this Support CRBS webpage.
Our school earns 10 cents for every Box Top coupon. This is an easy way for our school to earn extra cash. Get your family involved looking for those products and call on relatives to collect for you too.

Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Program
Now you can earn money for our school every time you use your Kroger Card. The Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program will donate $1 million annually. Each organization will earn a portion of the $1 million equal to the percentage of total earned contributions attributable to that organization. Each school year we must renew our request for the Kroger Savings Link. When our renewal request has been accepted you'll be able to check back to this site and click to access the link. You'll then be able to print the form and take it with you the next time you shop. Give it to the checker along with your Kroger card. The checker will link the bar code to your card for future purchases. That's all there is to it. From then on, Clay Road Baptist School will benefit every time you shop.
